Bluesky scheduler

Automate your Bluesky posts with scheduled video

Bluesky's feeds are mostly chronological, so showing up at the right time matters. PostingClips posts your clips to Bluesky at the times you set, with a caption that fits in 300 characters.

Use your own videos, footage from our library or clips generated with AI, and post them to Bluesky alone or together with X, Threads, TikTok and the rest. Every network gets its own caption.

How it works

How to automate Bluesky posts in three steps

  1. 1

    Create an app password

In Bluesky, open Settings, App passwords, and create one for PostingClips. Your main password stays with you.

  2. 2

    Connect and add clips

Connect Bluesky with the app password, then upload a video, pick library footage or generate a clip.

  3. 3

    Schedule or automate

Post at a set time, schedule several clips in order, or let an automation make and post new ones.

What PostingClips does for you

  • Captions that fit

Written for Bluesky's informal tone and kept under 300 characters, links included.

  • Video limits checked

MP4, up to 60 seconds and 50 MB. AI clips always fit; longer uploads are flagged before scheduling.

  • Alongside X and Threads

Post the same clip to the other text-first networks, each with its own wording.

  • Revocable access

An app password can be deleted from Bluesky at any time, which disconnects PostingClips instantly.

What PostingClips posts on Bluesky

PostingClips is built around short video: each Bluesky post is a clip with a caption. It is not a tool for scheduling text-only threads or replies. If video is part of how you use Bluesky, or you want your TikTok and Reels content to reach Bluesky too, it saves you a separate step every time.

Clips with AI-generated footage carry a short disclosure line in the text, because Bluesky has no AI label in its API.

Why timing matters more on Bluesky

On TikTok or Instagram a good video can be recommended for days. Bluesky's default feed shows posts from the people you follow in order, so a post published while your followers sleep is mostly gone by morning. Scheduling for weekday mornings and early evenings in your audience's time zone is the simplest improvement.

  • MP4, up to 60 seconds, up to 50 MB
  • Up to 1920 × 1080 in either orientation
  • Caption up to 300 characters

What it costs

Posting is free: 0 credits per post, on every account you connect. Each connected account is a monthly subscription of €6 for the first two accounts, less from the third and down to €4 per account. Clips cost credits only when you make them: footage from our library is free, uploading your own video costs 1 credit, and AI clips depend on the model. Credits are a one-off purchase, from €5 for 50 credits, and never expire.
