Auto-post to LinkedIn

Schedule and auto-post video to LinkedIn

Short video is one of the few formats still growing on LinkedIn, and it works for personal profiles and company Pages alike. PostingClips writes a professional, concrete caption — no hashtag spam — and publishes the clip you made, with AI, from the library or from your own footage, at the time you choose.

Connect once through LinkedIn's login and PostingClips can post to your profile or to any Page you administer, through the official API.

How a clip is posted to LinkedIn

One video per post, published to your profile or to a company Page you manage. Captions are written in LinkedIn's register: direct, specific, up to 3,000 characters, with hashtags used sparingly. Clips with AI-generated footage carry a disclosure line in the text.

What you need before connecting

  • A LinkedIn account. To post on a company Page you must be one of its admins.
  • Approve the posting permission on LinkedIn's consent screen.
  • Clips must be at least 3 seconds long.

AI-generated clips on LinkedIn

LinkedIn's API has no AI-content flag, so clips with AI-generated footage carry a short disclosure line at the end of the caption. Your own uploads and library footage are posted without it.

FAQ

LinkedIn questions

Can PostingClips post to a LinkedIn company Page?

Yes. One connected account can publish to your personal profile and to every company Page you administer. Pick the destination when you connect.

Does vertical video work on LinkedIn?

Yes — LinkedIn accepts aspect ratios from 1:2.4 to 2.4:1, and 9:16 sits comfortably inside that. Vertical clips take up more of the feed on mobile, which is where most LinkedIn video is watched.

Will the captions sound like TikTok captions?

No. Each platform gets its own caption. For LinkedIn the model is instructed to write professionally and concretely, with at most a couple of hashtags.
