One clip, three networks

Schedule posts to Facebook, Instagram and TikTok at once

Make or upload the clip once, tick your Facebook Page, your Instagram account and your TikTok, and choose the time. Each network gets its own caption and its own slot.

No more posting the same video three times from three apps. PostingClips publishes through each platform's official API and adapts the caption to each one: casual for TikTok, warmer for Instagram, a little more explanatory for Facebook.

How it works

How to schedule to all three in three steps

  1. 1

    Connect the three accounts

Your Facebook Page, your Instagram Business or Creator account and your TikTok, each through its own official login.

  2. 2

    Make the clip once

Upload your video, pick library footage or generate a vertical clip with AI. 9:16 works on all three.

  3. 3

Tick all three and pick the time

PostingClips writes a caption for each network and staggers the posting times by a few minutes, so nothing looks copy-pasted.

What PostingClips does for you

  • Three captions, not one

Each account gets its own text, hook and hashtags, written for that network and kept under its limit.

  • Staggered times

The three posts go out a few minutes apart rather than in the same second.

  • A calendar for everything

See every scheduled and published post by month, week or as a list, across all accounts.

  • Automations for the busy weeks

Let PostingClips make new clips and post them to all three on the days and hours you set.

The PostingClips app: your clips, where each one is posted and when.

Why not Meta Business Suite?

Meta's own planner schedules Facebook and Instagram well, and it is free. It does not post to TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn or Bluesky, and it gives you one caption to adapt by hand. If Facebook and Instagram are all you need, it is a fine choice. If TikTok is part of the plan, you either juggle two tools or use one that covers all three.

Limits to keep in mind

The strictest of the three sets the rules for a shared clip. Facebook Reels stop at 90 seconds, so keep shared clips under that. Facebook only allows posting to Pages, not personal profiles, and Instagram only to Business or Creator accounts. TikTok needs every permission accepted during connection.

  • Format for all three: 9:16, 1080 × 1920, MP4
  • Length: under 90 seconds (Facebook Reels limit)
  • Facebook: a Page you administer; Instagram: Business or Creator account

What it costs

Posting is free: 0 credits per post, on every account you connect. Each connected account is a monthly subscription of €6 for the first two accounts, less from the third and down to €4 per account. Clips cost credits only when you make them: footage from our library is free, uploading your own video costs 1 credit, and AI clips depend on the model. Credits are a one-off purchase, from €5 for 50 credits, and never expire.
