YouTube Shorts scheduler

Auto upload YouTube Shorts on a schedule

Every vertical clip under three minutes becomes a Short. PostingClips uploads yours to your channel at the times you choose, with a title and a description written to be found.

Upload the videos you already made for TikTok or Reels, pick footage from our library or generate a clip with AI. Then schedule them one by one, a week at a time, or let an automation keep the channel fed.

How it works

How to auto upload Shorts in three steps

  1. 1

    Connect your channel

Sign in with Google and approve YouTube's upload permission.

  2. 2

    Add vertical clips

9:16 and under three minutes: YouTube classifies them as Shorts on its own, no special setting needed.

  3. 3

    Schedule the uploads

Pick the day and time, or several Shorts in order. Each gets its own title and description.

What PostingClips does for you

  • Shorts by default

Vertical clips under three minutes are classified as Shorts by YouTube automatically.

  • Title and description handled

The title comes from the automation's name, the clip's idea or the file name (up to 100 characters); the AI caption becomes the description.

  • AI disclosure set for you

Clips with AI-generated footage are flagged with YouTube's synthetic-media disclosure through the API.

  • Same clip, other networks

Tick TikTok, Instagram or Facebook too, and each gets its own caption and time.

The PostingClips app: your clips, where each one is posted and when.

YouTube Studio scheduling vs. PostingClips

YouTube Studio lets you upload a Short and set it to go public later, one video at a time. PostingClips is useful when the same clip also goes to TikTok and Reels, when you want a week of Shorts scheduled in one sitting, or when you want new clips made and uploaded without you.

Good to know

Uploads are published as public. If you prefer to review each Short before it goes out, make the clip yourself, check it in the editor and schedule it, instead of letting an automation post it. New channels may have a daily upload limit until they are verified with a phone number in YouTube's settings.

  • 9:16 vertical, 1080 × 1920, under 3 minutes
  • Title up to 100 characters, description up to 5,000
  • MP4, MOV and WebM are accepted

What it costs

Posting is free: 0 credits per post, on every account you connect. Each connected account is a monthly subscription of €6 for the first two accounts, less from the third and down to €4 per account. Clips cost credits only when you make them: footage from our library is free, uploading your own video costs 1 credit, and AI clips depend on the model. Credits are a one-off purchase, from €5 for 50 credits, and never expire.

FAQ

Questions people ask

How do I make sure a video is uploaded as a Short?

Keep it vertical (or square) and under three minutes. YouTube classifies it as a Short automatically; there is no flag to set.

Can I schedule several YouTube Shorts at once?

Yes. In the Calendar you choose the clips, the days and the hours, and they are uploaded in order.

Where does the title come from?

From the automation's name for the clips it makes; otherwise from the start of the clip's idea, or the file name for an upload, trimmed to 100 characters.

Are the Shorts public?

Yes, they are published as public at the scheduled time.

Can I reuse my TikTok videos as Shorts?

Yes. Upload the original files (without the TikTok watermark) once and post them to YouTube, and to Instagram or Facebook, with new captions.

Keep your Shorts shelf full

Connect your accounts, make or upload the clip, and PostingClips writes the captions and posts at the times you choose.
