1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. Similar technologies include the browser’s local storage (localStorage). This policy explains what postingclips.com, operated by CULOAREA DIN VIAȚA SA S.R.L., uses and how you can change your choice. For personal data, see the Privacy Policy.
2. Strictly necessary cookies
These are essential for the site to work (sign-in, security, language, remembering your cookie choice) and do not require consent (art. 4(5) of Romanian Law 506/2004, implementing the ePrivacy Directive). They cannot be switched off in the banner; you can delete them in your browser, but some features will stop working.

3. Analytics cookies (with consent)
If you accept them, we load the mydashboard.ro analytics script (run by the same company), which counts visits, traffic sources and the link between a visit and a payment. At checkout we pass the visitor identifier to Stripe only if you accepted this category. Also only with your consent, we load Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited; GA4 does not store IP addresses), for aggregated traffic statistics, and Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation), which provides click heatmaps and session recordings with all typed content masked. Clarity never loads in the account dashboard or on the sign-in pages; it may also set cookies on Microsoft domains (for example MUID, CLID). Data may be processed in the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

When you refuse or withdraw consent, we delete these from your browser.
4. Marketing cookies (with consent)
Only if you accept the “Marketing” category do we load the TikTok Pixel (TikTok Technology Limited, Ireland), which lets us measure how well our TikTok ads work (for example, whether a visit that came from an ad ended in a payment) and show you relevant ads (retargeting). The pixel never loads in the account dashboard or on the sign-in pages, with one exception: the payment confirmation page, where it only sends the amount, the currency and an order identifier. Also only with this consent, once the payment is confirmed our server sends the purchase event to TikTok (Events API): amount, currency, order identifier, your e-mail address, phone and account ID irreversibly hashed (SHA-256), IP address, browser and the TikTok identifiers (_ttp, ttclid), to measure our ads. Without consent nothing is sent. Data may be transferred outside the EU (for example, under standard contractual clauses). TikTok’s policy: tiktok.com/legal.

Also only with your marketing consent, we load the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited) to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads and for retargeting, with the same exceptions: the payment confirmation page, starting a payment and the first page after creating an account, where it only sends the event (purchase, checkout started, registration), the amount, the currency and an identifier, with no personal data. With the same consent our server sends these events to Meta (Conversions API): amount, currency, order or account identifier, your e-mail address, phone and account ID irreversibly hashed (SHA-256), IP address, browser and the Meta identifiers (_fbp, _fbc). Without consent nothing is sent. Data may be transferred outside the EU (for example, under standard contractual clauses). Meta’s policy: facebook.com/privacy/policy.

When you refuse or withdraw consent, we stop the pixels (consent revoked) and delete these cookies.
5. Third-party cookies
Payment takes place on the Stripe Checkout page (checkout.stripe.com), where Stripe uses its own cookies for security and fraud prevention, under its policy: stripe.com/cookies-policy/legal. Sign in with Google happens on Google’s pages, under Google’s policy. The social networks you connect use cookies on their own domains. Our site does not load Stripe scripts; Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity load only with your analytics consent (section 3) and the TikTok Pixel and Meta Pixel only with your marketing consent (section 4).
6. Changing your choice
- Use the “Cookie settings” link in the site footer to reopen the banner and change or withdraw your consent at any time.
- You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings.
- When we update this policy, the banner asks for your consent again.
