Auto-post to Facebook

Schedule and auto-post Reels to your Facebook Page

A Facebook Page still reaches the audience that does not live on TikTok — and Reels are the format Facebook pushes hardest. PostingClips keeps your Page fed with short vertical video: generated from an idea, picked from our footage library or uploaded from your camera roll, then captioned and published on the schedule you set.

Posting goes through Facebook's official API. You connect a Page you administer, not your personal profile, and PostingClips never sees your Facebook password.

How a clip is posted to Facebook

Clips are published as Reels on your Page, titled with the automation's name, the clip's idea or the file name. Facebook does not expose an AI label through its API, so for clips with AI-generated footage the disclosure lives in the caption text. Captions for Facebook are written slightly longer and more explanatory than for TikTok.

What you need before connecting

  • A Facebook Page. Personal profiles cannot be posted to through the API.
  • You must be an Admin or Editor of that Page.
  • During connection, Facebook shows the Pages you manage — pick the one you want.

AI-generated clips on Facebook

Facebook offers no API flag for AI-generated video, so PostingClips adds a clear disclosure line to the caption of every clip with AI-generated footage. Your own uploads and library footage get no disclosure.

Getting started

Posting to Facebook in three steps

  1. 1

    Connect your Facebook account

Connect Facebook Pages to PostingClips through its official login.

  2. 2

    Make a clip

Make it with AI from an idea, take it from our footage library or upload your own, and polish it in the free editor if you like.

  3. 3

Post the clip now or at a set time, or let an automation make and post new ones. Facebook gets its own caption and posting time.

FAQ

Facebook questions

Can PostingClips post to my personal Facebook profile?

No — Facebook's API only allows publishing to Pages. Create a Page for your brand (it takes a few minutes) and connect that.

Why is there no AI label on Facebook posts?

Facebook's publishing API does not expose one. To stay transparent, clips with AI-generated footage carry a short "Video generated with AI." line in the caption instead.

How long can a Facebook Reel be?

Up to 90 seconds. Clips generated with AI are short (the length depends on the model), well inside that; if you upload or edit longer videos, keep them under 90 seconds for Facebook.
