Instagram Reels scheduler

Auto post Reels to Instagram on your schedule

Schedule your Instagram Reels for the days and hours your followers are online. PostingClips publishes them as Reels, shares them to your feed and writes a caption for each one.

Upload the videos you filmed, start from our footage library or generate a vertical clip with AI from a sentence. Then post it now, at a set time, or line up a week of Reels in the Calendar.

How it works

How to auto post Instagram Reels in three steps

  1. 1

    Connect Instagram

Connect your Business or Creator account through Meta's login. Personal accounts can switch type in Instagram's settings in a minute.

  2. 2

    Add the Reel

Upload your video, pick library footage or generate a clip with AI. The editor exports 9:16 at 1080 × 1920, the native Reels size.

  3. 3

    Schedule it

Choose the date and time, or several Reels in order. Each one gets an Instagram-style caption with hashtags, which you can edit.

What PostingClips does for you

  • Published as real Reels

A single video is published as a Reel and shared to your feed, through Instagram's official API.

  • Captions written for Instagram

A hook, a line or two and a few precise hashtags, in your language and within Instagram's 2,200-character limit.

  • AI label handled

Clips with AI-generated footage get Meta's “made with AI” label through the API; your own footage does not.

  • Facebook at the same time

Tick your Facebook Page too and the same clip goes out as a Facebook Reel, with its own caption and a slightly different time.

The PostingClips app: your clips, where each one is posted and when.

Can you schedule Reels on Instagram itself?

Instagram's app lets you schedule a Reel a few days ahead, one at a time, from your phone. That works for the occasional post. It gets slow when you post every day, run several accounts, or also want the same video on TikTok, Facebook and YouTube. PostingClips is built for that: a calendar for all your accounts, captions written per network, and posting from your browser.

What you need

Instagram only allows third-party publishing for professional accounts, so the account has to be Business or Creator, and Meta expects it to be linked to a Facebook Page. Switching does not change your handle or your followers.

  • Vertical 9:16, 1080 × 1920, MP4 or MOV
  • Reels between 3 seconds and 15 minutes through the API
  • Up to 2,200 characters of caption, 3 to 5 precise hashtags work best

What it costs

Posting is free: 0 credits per post, on every account you connect. Each connected account is a monthly subscription of €6 for the first two accounts, less from the third and down to €4 per account. Clips cost credits only when you make them: footage from our library is free, uploading your own video costs 1 credit, and AI clips depend on the model. Credits are a one-off purchase, from €5 for 50 credits, and never expire.

FAQ

Questions people ask

Can I auto post Reels from a personal Instagram account?

No. Instagram's publishing API only works with Business and Creator accounts. You can switch in Instagram under Settings, Account type, without losing followers.

Are the videos posted as Reels or as regular posts?

As Reels, also shared to your feed.

Can I schedule several Reels at once?

Yes. In the Calendar you choose several clips, the days and the hours, and PostingClips schedules them in order.

Will my Reels look copied if I post them on TikTok too?

Each network gets its own caption and a different posting time. Upload the original file rather than a video downloaded from TikTok, so there is no watermark.

How much does it cost?

Posting is free. You pay the monthly connection of each account you connect and credits only for the clips you make or upload.

Keep your Reels going without the daily routine

Connect your accounts, make or upload the clip, and PostingClips writes the captions and posts at the times you choose.
